Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern the plumbing, gas, drainage and earthworks services provided by Xtreme Plumbing & Earthworks across Ipswich, Lockyer Valley & Brisbane, QLD.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Xtreme Plumbing & Earthworks, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all plumbing, gas fitting, drainage, earthworks and bathroom renovation works carried out by our team across the Ipswich region, the Lockyer Valley and Brisbane, Queensland.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided as honest, upfront fixed-price estimates based on the scope of work described at the time of assessment. Any variation to the agreed scope, including concealed site conditions, additional fixtures or materials, or changes requested by the client, may result in a revised quote. We will always communicate any cost changes before proceeding.
3. Service Agreements
Work commences only after a written or verbal agreement on the quoted price has been reached. For larger projects such as bathroom renovations and new builds, a formal contract and deposit schedule may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be advised on your invoice. For staged projects, progress payments may be scheduled at agreed milestones.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
All workmanship is guaranteed in accordance with Queensland building regulations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied plumbing fixtures, appliances and materials. Warranty claims must be lodged directly with our office within the stated warranty period.
6. Site Access & Conditions
The client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including clear space around the areas to be worked on. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Works cancelled after materials have been ordered or labour scheduled may incur a reasonable fee to cover committed costs.
8. Scheduling & Availability
We provide reliable on-site service across the Ipswich region, the Lockyer Valley and Brisbane, Queensland during standard operating hours. After-hours and weekend callouts may be available by arrangement and may attract an additional fee, which will be disclosed upfront at the time of booking.
9. Changes to These Terms
Xtreme Plumbing & Earthworks reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page.
